First. specifications
The main content of "JGJ 102-2003 Glass Curtain Wall Engineering Technical Code": According to the requirements of the Ministry of Construction’s Construction Standard [2000] No. 284 document, the specification preparation team is conducting extensive research, conscientiously summarizing engineering practice experience, and referring to relevant foreign advanced standards and extensively On the basis of soliciting opinions, the "Technical Specification for Glass Curtain Wall Engineering" JGJ102-96 was revised.
Support material
Considering the relationship between the characteristics of the curtain wall and the life of the building, the following requirements should be met:
1. The thickness of the main stressed parts of the column section should meet the following requirements:
1). The thickness of the opening part of the aluminum profile section should not be less than 3.0mm, and the thickness of the closed part should not be less than 2.5mm; when the profile hole wall and the screw are directly connected by a threaded force, the local thickness should not be less than that of the screw. Nominal diameter.
2) The thickness of the main stressed parts of the steel section shall not be less than 3.0mm.
3) For eccentric compression columns, the cross-sectional width-thickness ratio should comply with the corresponding regulations in Article 6.2.1 of JGJ102-2003 "Technical Specifications for Glass Curtain Wall Engineering".
Sealing material
Weather-resistant silicone glue is used to seal the glass and the glass, and structural silicone glue is used to bond the glass and the metal structure. In the building point glass technology, the sealant only plays a sealing role, and it is not necessary to perform strength calculations. Before use, the compatibility test between the glue and the contact material must be carried out, the performance test is qualified, and it is used within the validity period, and the operating procedures must be strictly followed to ensure the quality of construction.
Glass condition
1. The glass curtain wall should adopt curtain wall glass with reflectance not greater than 0.30. For glass curtain walls with lighting requirements, the daylight reduction coefficient should not be less than 0.20.
2. Frame supporting glass curtain wall, safety glass should be adopted.
3. The panel glass of the point supporting glass curtain wall should be tempered glass.
4. The point-supported glass curtain wall supported by glass ribs shall be adopted for the glass ribs, and the glass ribs shall be made of tempered glass.
5. Safety glass should be used for glass curtain walls in public places where there is a high flow of people, teenagers or children's activities, and parts that are prone to impact during use; for parts that are prone to impact during use, clear warning signs should be set.

Second.Size requirements
Buildings should follow the provisions of GBJ12-86 "Harmonized Standard for Building Modulus". The horizontal and lateral expansion modulus of building curtain walls starts from 900mm and increases by 1 modulus to a maximum size of 6000mm. Its vertical expansion modulus starts from 2700mm and increases by 1 modulus to a maximum size of 6000mm. If the project needs to exceed the above dimensions, it can be studied separately with the manufacturer.

Third.Performance requirements
1. The performance requirements should be selected according to the location of the building, climatic conditions, the size, height of the building, the surrounding environment and the importance of the building, etc., and should be in accordance with GB/T15225 "Classification of Physical Performance of Building Curtain Walls" Unanimous.
2. The geography, climate, environment and the state of surrounding buildings should be clear. Clarify the type, shape, height of the building and the location and shape of the curtain wall with words and patterns.
3. According to the technical parameters of 1-20, various performance requirements of the curtain wall are proposed.
2. The film thickness of aluminum alloy profiles should meet the requirements in "Metal Coating System".
3. The surface of steel should be treated with anti-corrosion. When hot-dip galvanizing is used, the film thickness should be greater than 45μm; when electrostatic spraying is used, the film thickness should be greater than 40μm.
4. There should be insulation measures between different metal materials to prevent electrochemical corrosion between dissimilar metals.
